Tasting Notes
The nose shows intense yeast involvement, but also some "stony" mineral undertones, white flowers and peach. The palate starts delicately and softly, then unfolds like velvet and silk with a fine mousse and the creaminess of the body, supported by a civilised acid nerve. An all-rounder, ideal as an aperitif or also with somewhat richer starters, fish terrines or pâtés.
