Tasting Notes
Light lemon yellow in colour. Sweet aromas of mirabelle plums, red apple and white flowers on the nose, very clear and fresh. Medium-bodied on the palate with a fine mousse and an echo of sweet apple notes and some subtle flint. Very juicy and fresh on the finish.
