Tasting from 14.02.2025: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Ruby with purple reflections. Fresh nose of black cherry, blueberry and cassis with spicy, peppery notes and hints of venison. Rather slender and elegant on the palate with ripe acidity and very fine tannins. The long finish is also rather light-footed with notes of cherry and pepper.
