Intensely fruity on the nose, as you would expect from this variety: dark berries, elderberry, blackberry confit and vanilla. On the palate the wine has freshness, juice, a mellow, grainy tannin and once again a fruit-driven finish. The alcohol is well hidden behind the extract and juicy fruit.
