Delicate yellow. A fresh bouquet of apple, pear, fennel, floral notes and hints of honey. The fine, chalky texture on the palate provides fullness and structure. Driven with good flow, supported by tremendously juicy, fresh acidity. Ends on discreetly salty notes.
