Tasting from 01.01.2023: Ursula Geiger

Albillo Real fermented in wood; a strong yellow. Fully ripe nectarines and apricots, some lemon curd and notes of white flowers. This is joined by the scent of roasted peanuts and some vanilla. Grip and dense on the palate, fantastically ripe, juicy acidity.
