The palate shines with aromatic, fresh, red cherry, crunchy and juicy, generous with fruit but with a beautiful phenolic backbone and bright freshness. This comes across as an ultra-light red, and with more air and temperature, lovely spice appears, adding a layer of complexity. For those more serious and lasting summer lunches.
