Tasting from 17.10.2024: Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Benajmin Herzog, Ulrich Sautter

Medium golden yellow, silver reflections, subtly cloudy. On the nose, ripe apple underlaid with meadow herbs, fresh apple peel, hints of greengage and blossom honey. Juicy and creamy on the palate, fine nutty nuances, subtle acidity, hints of hazelnut and delicate minerality on the finish, with sweet fruit expression.
