Clear straw yellow with olive green reflections and persistent mousse. Honeydew melon, persimmon and white flowers on the nose, with a fine yeasty aftertaste. Shows good structure and tension on the palate, stretches across the palate with fine drive, shows clear yellow fruit and slight hints of yeast, finishes clean.
