The prosecco Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Millesimato Extra Dry, vintage 2020 from the winery Tenuta Gabe has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Brilliant silver-grey with a fine mousse. The nose is very fragrant and pure, with notes of lime and freshly squeezed lemon, pink peach and a background of white flowers. Great structure in the mouth, carried by a filigree, light-footed mousse. The dosage seems low for an Extra Dry and it provides plenty of drinking pleasure.
