Slightly cloudy in the glass, medium golden yellow. Should still be decanted, somewhat bold at first on the nose. Ripe and spicy accents on the exciting nose, ripe pear, apricot, yellow plum, aniseed, some malt and cider notes. Powerfully built Baden country wine, full-bodied with ripe acidity and noticeable phenolics that create profile, emphatically dry. Fine saltiness, minerality and citrus on the finish.
