Tasting from 04.10.2024: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Pale pink on the palate with a persistent mousse. On the nose, citrus fruits, wild berries, subtle hints of yeast and sea salt on the finish. Overall well-balanced on the palate, between fruit and acidity, beautiful play of sweetness, savoury.
