Tasting from 23.02.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear straw yellow with silver reflections. Expressive nose of fresh pear and fresh white peach, grapefruit and hints of gooseberry. Medium-bodied on the palate, opens with well-integrated mousse, rather high dosage for a brut, slightly bitter on the finish, yet harmonious.
