Bright, shiny silver-grey with a subtle mousse. A little restrained on the nose, then opens up to candied banana, apricot and a subtle hint of nutmeg. Candied banana again on the palate, somewhat unbalanced in the mid-palate with sharp acidity and a decidedly sweet finish.
