Tasting Notes

89 - 91
Tasting from 31.05.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Still yeasty on the nose, yellow pears, green apple, lemons, peach, freshly ground almonds, meadow herbs. Slender on the palate, a well integrated, lively acidity, fine fruit, a subtle sweetness, finely spiced, beautiful length. Lovely as a soloist or with light summer dishes.
