Subtle salmon pink in colour. Fruity attack on the nose, ripe raspberries and strawberries, some candy sugar, also floral notes, dried rose petals. Fresh and juicy on the palate with vivid acidity, wild berries, dry in appearance, lean body, fine savouriness and phenolic notes. Not just for the terrace, a serious food wine.
