Tasting from 25.04.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Intense notes of ripe pear, tangerine orange zest, peach, with a hint of nutmeg. Reserved, with a well-balanced acidity on the palate, again pear and tangerine orange, grippy, very appealing, fine herbs and spices on the finish. A lovely aperitif.
