Spicy aroma of very ripe red fruits, sweet cherry, cooked plum, blackberry, elderberry jelly, cassis, with some smoke behind it. Firm, ripe tannins on the palate, sweet red fruit, cherry, plum, cooked blackcurrant, a hint of gooseberry, juicy and powerful, happy to accompany a strong dish.
