Aroma of freshly grated nutmeg, elderflower, rose petal and tangerine zest, later some blossom honey. Restrained acidity on the palate, melting sweetness, nutmeg again, plus preserved orange, apple jelly, later ripe pear, harmonious in itself, for dessert or solo.
