Tasting Notes

Tasting from 15.10.2014

Smoky, bacon oak notes, somewhat buttery, plum, floral, violet, tobacco, wild strawberry. Almost truffle. Powerful with a rapid increase in tension, long plateau phase, high tannin quality on a viscous base. Finishes with a subtle, fine thread of acidity. Pinot? Round and supple, quite fine despite slightly higher alcohol content, needs to be aged. (Panel rating: 97.7 points)
