Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green with silver reflections and a delicate mousse. There is a nutty-herbal savoury undertone to the aromas of yellow tropical fruit, a hint of grapefruit zest and some blossom honey. Juicy on the palate, with some nougat caramel, fine fruitiness and a mineral finish, which combines yellow peach and vanilla. (Disgorged 12/2021)
