Pale salmon pink, orange glints, fine mousse. Lovely citrus zest, some meadow herbs, red berries, as well as hints of quince. Medium complexity, powerful, lively acid structure, with a touch of tobacco, and a raspberry nuanced finish followed by mineral reverberations. A very nice food companion. .
