This has a fresh fruity nose, with cherry and red berry, plus an intense vegetal aroma of fresh green bell pepper and cassis. It is surprisingly lean on the palate, with a matching texture, a noticeable ripe acidity, and a subtle sweetness. It finishes long with spicy accents.
