Intense, elegant bouquet with notes of dried plums, wild berries, sour cherry confit and cranberries. Hints of dark chocolate, freshly cut wood and culinary herbs. Some caramel and coffee. Ripe, juicy acidity and concentrated dark fruit on the palate. Also caramel and some nutty nuances. Fine-grained, polished tannins, long finish.
