The white wine Kaliber 25 Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery AdamsWein has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
The oak maturation is very subtle on the nose, like a subtle Burgundy, with aromas of almond and light fennel. On the palate this is very fine stuff, with orange peel, some lemon tart, a gripping acidity, elegant oak, as well as a beautiful density and salty minerality.
