Aroma of light-coloured fruit, apple, some lime, crisp pear, peach and subtle herbal savouriness: fresh. Lively acidity on the palate that provides plenty of tension, green apple and lime juice and minty spiciness. Easily accessible, completely focussed on freshness, with delicate grip and good length.
