Tasting from 09.02.2018: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle watery rim. Delicate smoky spice, fresh herbs, dark minerality, a touch of blueberries, fleshy touch. With air, there are deep lovage notes, juicy, red cherries, freshly structured and elegant, firm tannins, a touch of bitter chocolate, cool character, chocolaty finish, conveys much of the fresh fruit, great food wine, good length, secure ageing potential, sour cherries and black cherries on the back palate, fine Maggi touch on the finish.
