The red wine Montersino Barbaresco DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Albino Rocca has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Elegant, brightening ruby red colour. Exciting nose of mushrooms and undergrowth, also some rum pot, dark berries on the finish. Very juicy palate with a lot of tension, confirms the noble mushroom notes of the nose, has a lot of tension and finishes with pleasant drive on the finish.
