Tasting from 01.01.2016: Ulrich Sautter

Intense, juicy cherry fruit, pure and expressive, a hint of caramel, but also some eucalyptus and sage tea. Mealy tannins on the palate, rather light and elegant in the extract, with a creamy base and mild acidity, strong alcohol without being dry. Clearly mineral tones, a fruit-driven mineral Priorat of modern style, very clear in all components, a good food companion.
