Ripe yellow fruit, very ripe baby pineapple, passion fruit, yeast, a touch of wood, a hint of petrol. Powerful on the palate, pithy acidity, rich sweetness, carbon dioxide-freshness, present tactile minerality, smooth and intensely fruit-driven finish.
