The white wine Grillo Vigna di Mandranova DOC, vintage 2017 from the winery Alessandro di Camporeale has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grillo from the region Sicily in Italy.
Intense straw yellow with a slight greenish reflection. An inviting nose of flint and lemon zest, also with slight iodine notes, it seems an elegant bouquet. Very salty and brisk on the palate, opening with a beautiful lemon flavour, it is long lasting and really packs a punch on the finish. Great!
