Tasting from 22.03.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Dark ruby red with subtle brightening on the rim. Very spicy on the nose with notes of leather, brown bread and wooden barrel, plus fine black cherry. The palate is very tannic, also shows subtle juiciness, but completely consumes and has a drying finish.
