Tasting Notes
Sparkling ruby with a brightening rim. Finely drawn nose with notes of cranberries, blackberries, paired with cloves and aniseed, inviting. Round and supple on the palate, initially somewhat restrained, but then builds up nicely, striking fruit, firm tannins, nice pressure on the finish.
