Tasting Notes
Sparkling, intense straw yellow. Initially shows notes of white chocolate, nut cake, then also lots of pickled peach, nutty. Amazingly racy acidity on the palate, gives the wine drive, unfolds with a lot of pressure, shows tension, long finish.
