Dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections. Red forest berry confit, a hint of blueberries, some light nougat, inviting bouquet. Medium complexity, notes of sour cherries, ripe tannins, fresh structure, a hint of sloes, salty and persistent, a firm food wine.
