Tasting Notes

Tasting from 25.04.2025: Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach

On the nose, notes of dark chocolate, marzipan and preserved dark and red berries as well as cherry. Underpinned by subtle notes of cumin and coconut. Has a pleasantly old-fashioned feel. Melting fullness on the palate, ripe acidity, dark stewed fruit and polished tannins. Long finish.
