Bright straw yellow with golden reflections. Slightly washed out on the nose, pear, apple with some quince, floral notes of hawthorn and slight hints of meadow herbs. Dry on the palate, juicy, with a seaweed, slightly roasted notes, medium-bodied with a fine, lingering finish.
