Pale green yellow, silver reflections, fine, persistent mousse. Fine yellow tropical fruit notes, a hint of mango and fresh meadow herbs, candied orange zest. Medium body, fine white apple fruit, fresh structure, mineral and chalky finish, a firm food companion, versatile.
