Quite intense white gold colour. Ripe nose, baked apple, puff pastry with almond and apricot, candied citrus fruit, but also mineral hints. Complex and positively old-school. Beautifully textured on the palate with a very fine, persistent mousse and again intense fruit. Long-lasting and juicy finish. Remains slightly salty on the palate.
