Some wood savouriness (gingerbread), plus blueberry compote, elderberry, herbal bitters, camphor, menthol. On the palate with a medium amount of mellow, grainy tannin, mild acidity, lots of juiciness and sweet fruit on the palate. Structure and softness are well integrated.
