Tasting Notes

91+
Tasting from 01.09.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Strong colour, fruity aroma, nectarine, yeasty savouriness, slightly minty undertones. A hint of wood. To pick up on the Loire association of the wine's name: more Pouilly-Fumé than Sancerre. Full-bodied, broad and homogeneous on the palate, with the smoothness and fruitiness of the vintage, without becoming too high in alcohol. Silkiness and a mineral tint remain.
