Tasting Notes
Quite clean fruit, pineapple, some yeast, pear. Fresh on the palate, ripe acidity, unaffectedly dry, but with ripe phenols, good density and length, a very appetizing, thoroughly complex white with a mineral background. Goes well with freshwater fish or poultry, but also with fondue.
