The red wine Young Stallion Thracien Valley PGI, vintage 2015 from the winery Angel's Estate has been rated in 2017 by Peter Moser with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Syrah, Merlot from the region Thracian lowlands in Bulgaria.
Deep ruby-garnet color, violet reflections, broad rim brightening. Fine nuances of dark berries and fresh cherries, delicately floral, a hint of precious wood, some vanilla. Juicy, ripe cherries, some present wood spice, red berry nuances, fresh acidity, nuances of cassis in the finish, will benefit from further bottle ageing.
