Tasting Notes

94
Tasting from 24.05.2017: Peter Moser

Deep ruby, purple reflections, with a broader ochre rim. Aromas of ripe black cherry, nuances of plum, underlaid with intense dried herbs, some candied orange zest, and a hint of dried fruit in the background. On the palate powerful, good complexity, well-integrated tannins, nice cherry fruit, salty finish, and with a pleasant freshness. A lively food wine with definite ageing potential.
