Some wood, cherry jelly, macchia and wild herbs, tidy aroma. Juicy on the palate with mild, yet firm tannins, fine acidity and authentic fruit. Fine and culinary rather than massive - a medium-dense vintage type. With Mallorcan suckling pig, or simply with roast pork.
