The white wine Lavaux Chardonnay vin doux «Nirvana», vintage 2020 from the winery Anne-Catherine et Sébastien Ruchonnet has been rated in 2022 by Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chasselas from the region Lavaux in Switzerland.
An intense, complex bouquet with notes of quince, dried apricots and citrus marmalade. There's also some smoky and nutty elements. On the palate there's a beautiful interplay between fresh acidity and vivid sweetness, with lots of yellow fruit, grapefruit, caramel and smoky components. Very long finish with a mineral touch.
