Clear ruby with a rich rim. Presents itself in the nose with notes of blackberry and dark currant, plus some smoke, cedar wood and green pepper. Full-bodied, fills the mouth, shows fine wild berries and some savoury pine needles, opens up with fine, very well integrated tannins, savoury finish.
