The red wine Sacker Rot - Vino Rosso, vintage 2020 from the winery Ansitz Dolomytos Sacker has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
A ruby red colour with a slight brightening on the rim. A very intense bouquet, sour cherries, strawberries, pomegranate and raspberries on the nose, subtle notes of dried herbs and a hint of liquorice. Vibrant and fresh on the palate with a fine texture, dense and vivid tannins, with plenty of fruit on the finish.
