The red wine Amarone della Valpolicella Riserva DOCG, vintage 2011 from the winery Antiche Terre Venete has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone Veronese, Rondinella from the region Veneto in Italy.
Medium dense ruby. Initially shows savoury notes of smoke and stone, then some plum, but quite restrained. In the approach a lot of dense, somewhat harsh tannin, very much ripe fruit, shows from the middle of the course quite drying wood tannin.
