Tasting from 24.06.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dense ruby colour with brick-red edges. The nose shows raspberry confit, ripe blackberries, distinct notes of cinnamon and sage, and reverberates with aromas of rooibos tea. The palate shows vivid tannins, inviting acidity, and well-integrated alcohol. The flavour of rooibos appears again on a slightly drying finish.
